Our classes include a mixture of intense interval training, heavy strength training, cardio exercises, and low-impact training movements. We utilize a wide variety of formats, such as: Tabata Style, Circuits, AMRAP, and Time Capped Intervals. These formats keep you constantly moving; you never stop burning calories! Intro week is usable at both locations.

StudioTorch offers a unique workout class experience where everyone can feel welcome. TORCH is for any fitness level, and all of our movements are scalable to fit your needs. We will modify the class for you regardless of your fitness level. Our instructors will designate beginner movements and challenge moves for more experienced students.

We also offer 7 days of unlimited classes for just $10. That gives you a chance to try out each of our workouts and find an instructor who matches your energy, music preferences, and workout style.


What is a TORCH Workout Like?

The class begins with our certified instructor introducing you to the workout by personally demonstrating the format and techniques of each movement. After a quick warm-up, you're off! For the next 50 minutes, the music will keep you energized, the competitive nature of others in the class will keep you at peak levels, and the instructor will keep you on track and support you throughout the class.

Am I ready for TORCH?

You’re absolutely ready. Bring a smile and a will to sweat, we will coach you through the rest.

What should I bring to a fitness class?

Feel free to bring anything that you feel you need. We supply towels and offer water bottles for purchase. 

What should I wear to my first fitness class?

Running shoes and comfortable athletic wear. Don't get dressy, you're going to get sweaty!

Can I attend a fitness class if I have an injury?

Your instructor will be able to modify your workouts to accommodate your injury. Don't be afraid to speak up; we are big fans of injury prevention and care and will be enthusiastic about helping you recover.

What is High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)?

HIIT workouts alternate between low-intensity and high-intensity activity which delivers better results in less time than traditional workouts. HIIT is effective because it increases your athletic capacity and causes you to burn more calories even AFTER your workout. Research shows that HIIT elevates your metabolism for up to 24 hours after leaving the gym.
