WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Feel free to bring anything that you feel you need. We supply towels and offer water bottles for purchase.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Running shoes and comfortable athletic wear. Don't get dressy, you're going to get sweaty!
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
Your Torch Coach will be able to modify your workouts to accommodate your injury. Don't be afraid to speak up, we are big fans of injury prevention and care and will be enthusiastic to help you recover.
Why do some of your days list specific muscle groups?
Our classes are designed to focus on each body part as a part of a overall fitness plan. Our schedule allows you to choose which day of the week you would like to attend, based on your personal fitness goals. For best results, come 3-5 days a week ensuring you hit each major focus day (M/W/F).
Our weekly schedule is:
Monday - Arms + Abs
Tuesday - Total Body Circuit
Wednesday - Butt + Legs
Thursday - Total Body Tabata
Friday - Cardio + Core
Saturday & Sunday - Total Body
Where do I park?
Free parking is available right behind our studio.
What do I do once I get there?
Once you arrive at the studio, check in with our team member at the reception desk. Our team member will show you to our cubbies where you can drop your belongings. Our cubbies are equipped with charging stations so you can charge your phone while you’re in class. After we show you around we will introduce you to your instructor. The instructor will show you around the studio and go through a short safety demonstration on our equipment. After that ... its time to sweat.
Similar to our cancelation policy, you must change your reservation 12 hours prior to class time. If you change your reservation within 12 hours of class you may be subject to a $10 charge. However, we will do our best to accommodate your change if our schedule allows.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
You must cancel your reservation 12 hours in advance. If you are a monthly unlimited member and you cancel late or don’t show up you will be charged $10. If you are a 1x per week, 2x per week, or 3x per week member you will lose a class if you late cancel or don’t show. If you hold a package you will also lose a class if you late cancel or don’t show up.
