Life gets busy.  We know the struggle of trying to fit a workout into a tight schedule; that’s why we offer classes at various times and days throughout the week. You can pick the times that work best for you. And if you miss a workout, you can just catch the next one.

Our program typically lasts only 45-60 minutes. During that time, you’ll get to try intense interval training, cardio exercises, low impact training movements, and more — all in a short amount of time so that you can easily fit our sessions around your schedule.

What should I bring to a fitness class?

Feel free to bring anything that you feel you need. We supply towels and offer water bottles for purchase. 

What should I wear to my first fitness class?

Running shoes and comfortable athletic wear. Don't get dressy, you're going to get sweaty!

Can I attend a fitness class if I have an injury?

Your instructor will be able to modify your workouts to accommodate your injury. Don't be afraid to speak up; we are big fans of injury prevention and care and will be enthusiastic about helping you recover.

What is High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)?

HIIT workouts alternate between low-intensity and high-intensity activity which delivers better results in less time than traditional workouts. HIIT is effective because it increases your athletic capacity and causes you to burn more calories even AFTER your workout. Research shows that HIIT elevates your metabolism for up to 24 hours after leaving the gym.
