The Workout

TORCH is designed to focus on different muscle groups throughout the week to ensure that you never get bored! TORCH workouts are designed for any fitness level and are completely scalable. YOU choose your weights, YOU choose your speed on the treadmill, and YOU choose your pace on the rower. You will receive the same great workout no matter if your schedule allows for you to come in early in the morning, at lunch, or after work.

Class will begin with our certified instructor revealing the workout to you by personally demonstrating the format and techniques of each movement. After a quick warm up, you’re off! For the next 45 minutes, you will feed off the energetic community, the upbeat music, and the instructor to push to the max! The beauty of this style of workout is that it can be completely tailored to your needs and level!

The class will include a mixture of intense interval training, heavy strength training, cardio exercises, and low-impact training movements. We utilize a wide variety of formats, such as: tabata style, circuits, AMRAP, and time capped intervals. All of these formats keep you constantly moving and ensure that you never stop burning calories! During the class you will use a mixture of equipment including: treadmills, rowing machines, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and TRX suspension training.

The music will keep you energized, the competitive nature of others in the class will keep you at peak levels, and the instructor will keep you on track and support you all the way through the class.

Our weekly schedule is designed to fit in to your daily routine! We offer 45-minute "express" classes during the week in order to provide an early start, lunch break, or a great finish to your work day. The other classes are 60-minutes long and are designed to fit in to the more routine!
